Great Basin was founded in 2025 when Andrew, the founder and CEO, found a need for efficient, first rate CPR training in a number of areas across the Intermountain West. He saw an opportunity to provide his years of teaching and medical experience to communities across Utah, Idaho, Nevada, and California.
Our services are provided by a diverse team of dedicated experienced instructors.
Through dedicated searches, Great Basin has grown a dedicated and impressive team. Our instructors have a rich background in education and emergency medicine. Great Basin has military veterans, Nurse Practitioners, Wildland Firefighters, EMTs, seasoned school principals, police officers, and more. While each instructor’s backgrounds vary, they all share one common goal: teaching the best training to equip the public with important life saving skills.
Our team is proud to serve a broad base of industries across the Western United States.
Great Basin is proud to teach classes with the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, Stop the Bleed, National Association for Search and Rescue, and the Health and Safety Institute. Great Basin aims to extend our education to all corners of our regions, working with a variety of industries from outdoor recreation to EMS units to commercial airlines.
